Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and proactive hospitality to all guests and visitors.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and key management.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, directions, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public spaces.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine.
- Process payments and manage small amounts of cash accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
