Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Sanitize all surfaces, restock amenities (soap, towels, toiletries), and ensure all supplies are available.
- Make beds, organize furniture, and ensure the room meets our high aesthetic standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors efficiently in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them according to OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and guest interaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
