Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assisting housekeeping staff with room preparation and maintenance requests.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Upholding all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
