Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries.
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with baggage handling and transport for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No previous hotel experience required; full training provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
