Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and room keys using hotel management software.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with clarity and a friendly tone, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints or requests with empathy and efficiency, and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and lobby.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest history records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our brand standards.
