Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Monitor the front desk and lobby area to maintain a welcoming and organized atmosphere.
- Assist with handling wake-up calls, room service orders, and key management.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the public areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
