  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our luxury standards.
  • Process payments and balance daily financial transactions accurately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, SoftDesk).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate shift work.
