Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge duties
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless guest experiences
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Assist with event setup, luggage handling, and valet services during assigned shifts

Qualifications
