Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room assignments and handle reservation inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
