Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room assignments and ensure accurate reservation details
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting issues
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
