Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs using property management systems while maintaining accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area and lobby, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during your shift.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of guest information, handle cash transactions, and assist with general clerical duties.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
- Shift Coordination: Adapt to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
