Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock amenities and ensure supplies are properly organized
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely room turnover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
