Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to every guest upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, room assignments, and payments using our property management systems.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries about local attractions, dining, and hotel services with a smile.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Communication: Relay messages to guests and departments, and maintain clear radio and phone communication.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior experience required! We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Attitude: A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
