Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with a polite and helpful demeanor, directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict confidentiality of guest information.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
