Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes, ensuring seamless arrival/departure experiences
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, sanitization, and restocking amenities to brand standards
- Assist with front desk operations including reservation management, phone inquiries, and guest requests
- Monitor and maintain common areas, lobbies, and recreational facilities for cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and event services
- Adhere to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and company policies during all shifts
- Document guest feedback and maintenance issues using digital systems for timely resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students in hospitality programs encouraged
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and reporting tools
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening per hospitality industry standards
