Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for every visitor.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized to the hotel's exacting standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests, responding to requests in a timely and helpful manner.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the location.
