Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal guest experience
- Utilize PMS software to maintain real-time room status and inventory
- Provide local recommendations and personalized concierge services
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
