Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local dining, attractions, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and manage folios accurately using our property management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are pristine.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
