Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge support, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive guest environment
- Process payments, manage reservations, and operate property management systems
- Perform daily inspections of public areas and ensure cleanliness standards
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property shuttle)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
