Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out processes and throughout guest stays
- Manage room status updates and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Operate hotel systems including reservations, billing, and POS terminals
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
- Assist with event setup and guest services for conferences and weddings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure guest safety and property security
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
