Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless room turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute weekend event setups and special guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attention to detail and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Valid Virginia driver's license for valet duties
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
