Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out, room service, and facility inquiries
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) for reservations, billing, and guest communications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk spaces
- Assist with inventory management and basic administrative tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hospitality software
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks like inventory and documentation
