Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnarounds
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with security, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in public areas
- Participate in shift briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hotel operations
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas Driver's License (for shuttle operations if required)
