Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting them warmly, answering questions, and assisting with inquiries regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately, process payments, and manage key card assignments efficiently.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, take accurate messages, and relay information to appropriate departments promptly.
- Room Preparation: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for arrival.
- Shift Management: Monitor security cameras, manage lobby traffic, and ensure the lobby area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and banquets for corporate and private events.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience necessary; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.
- Attitude: Must possess a positive attitude, a professional appearance, and strong problem-solving skills.
