Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily financial transactions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
