Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to the highest standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Ensure guest amenities are stocked, folded, and arranged according to hotel specifications and brand standards.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interacting with guests.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle laundry and linen services efficiently and with care.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned within allotted timeframes.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
