Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently while accurately processing payments and managing reservations.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with concierge services, luggage handling, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the front desk area.
- Shift Management: Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols and safety guidelines during every shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is preferred but not mandatory.
