Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and speed.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area for all guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary (entry level friendly).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (Shift Work).
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
