We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our weekend operations. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will ensure our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction remain unparalleled. You will manage a team of Housekeeping Attendants, oversee room inspections, and ensure our guests enjoy a pristine environment during their stay. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the weekend housekeeping team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular room inspections to ensure all amenities are stocked and standards are met before guest check-in.
- Guest Relations: Address and resolve any guest complaints or requests regarding room cleanliness or service promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Training & Development: Mentor new staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and luxury service standards.
- Shift Management: Oversee the entire shift operations, including shift handovers and shift reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods; ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
- Certifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; previous training in hospitality management is a plus.
