Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process reservations and guest arrivals efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Shift Management: Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to email inquiries, and relay messages promptly to guests and staff.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions, make restaurant reservations, and assist with local transportation needs.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations and handle cash transactions securely.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be willing to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with computers and basic software.
