Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Handle luggage, mail, and packages for guests as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and balance daily reports accurately.
- Handle minor guest complaints or requests with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone voice.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
