Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling registrations and payments.
- Inquiries & Support: Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues promptly.
- Room Preparation: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for occupancy.
- Shift Coordination: Manage front desk duties efficiently during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- General Maintenance: Monitor lobby areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are necessary.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
