Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, sanitized guest rooms and common areas using established protocols
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies efficiently
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to safety standards and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to meet daily room quotas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug screening
