Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the supervisory team.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and reporting facility repairs.
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Ensure the safety and security of hotel premises by following all protocols and monitoring access points.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will train you on our specific software systems.
