Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records daily
- Act as hotel ambassador, providing local recommendations and information
- Resolve guest complaints with solutions-focused approach
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
