Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest areas and back-of-house operations
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to hotel policies and health regulations
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event setup and guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for position)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
