Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about local Indianapolis attractions, dining, and services.
  • Reservation Management: Assist in updating room availability and processing reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
