Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation in New Orleans.
- Reservations Support: Assist in managing room assignments and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciling reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Personality: A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to stand for long periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
