Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of facility upkeep.
- Handle special requests and resolve any guest issues or complaints efficiently.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics when required.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We are happy to train the right candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is a plus but not mandatory.
