Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, creating a lasting first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a polite and professional tone, routing messages and taking reservations as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, reception desk, and public spaces.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- No previous hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over past history.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn hotel software systems.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
