Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and energetic demeanor.
- Assist with check-in, check-out procedures, and room key management efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints with patience and empathy.
- Process payments accurately using the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
