Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, friendly solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Provide local recommendations for dining and attractions
- Maintain a pristine front desk and lobby area
- Support daily operations including valet and concierge duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet duties)
