Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure room standards exceed expectations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Support hotel events and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe certification preferred
