Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to the hotel lobby.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the front desk or housekeeping area.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Support housekeeping staff with room preparation and deep cleaning tasks.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required—we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.
