Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
