Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Operations Management: Handle check-out procedures accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing room keys.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding reservations, special requests, and general information.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Monitor front desk area for suspicious activity and ensure the security of guest rooms and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with the luxury hospitality brand.
