Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, manage key cards, and answer front desk inquiries efficiently.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest requests and maintenance needs to the appropriate departments to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, relaying messages accurately and professionally.
- Event Assistance: Support banquet and event staff with setup, service, and breakdown during large gatherings and conferences.
- Brand Standards: Uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; hospitality certificates are a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs is required.
