Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment throughout their stay.
- Shift Operations: Assist in the smooth running of daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support.
- Maintenance Support: Perform basic maintenance duties, such as light cleaning, restocking amenities, and reporting facility issues to management.
- Front Desk Assistance: Handle incoming calls, manage room bookings, and address guest inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure the property meets our high standards of excellence.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel security procedures during your shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no prior hospitality experience.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
