Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Guest Services: Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to ensure a memorable stay.
- Front Desk Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay with a solution-oriented approach.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down for hotel events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary – we will train the right candidate!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and customer-service-oriented attitude is essential.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel management software.
