Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, checking them in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommending local restaurants, booking tickets, and arranging transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all lobby spaces are welcoming and presentable.
- Process payments, verify billing information, and prepare nightly audit reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room status updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
